Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026
This is a plain-English explanation of what we collect when you visit bloomviewgrowth.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. We don't sell your data, and we delete anything you ask us to delete.
1. Who we are
Bloomview Growth is a revenue-operations service for home-service businesses, operated by Oliva LLC (doing business as Bloomview Marketing). Our principals are Dylan Oliva and Elijah Nawrot. Legal entity details:
- Legal name: Oliva LLC
- DBA: Bloomview Marketing
- Entity type: Domestic Limited Liability Company (New York)
- EIN: 93-1662790
- Registered address: 418 Broadway, Ste N, Albany, NY 12207, United States
- Email: dylan@bloomviewgrowth.com
You can reach us at the email above for any privacy-related question, including data deletion or access requests — see Section 13 for our explicit data-deletion procedure.
2. What we collect
From every page visit
- IP address and approximate location (city, state, country, ISP) derived from your IP via a third-party geolocation service (ipapi.co)
- Device info: browser user agent, screen size, language preference
- Page path and referrer: which page you visited and where you came from
- Marketing source (UTMs): if you arrived from an ad, the campaign name and source we tagged it with
- A session ID and visitor ID stored in your browser's local storage so we can recognize you across pages within ~30 days
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel events: PageView on all pages, plus ViewContent / Contact / InitiateCheckout / Lead / Schedule on relevant pages, sent to Meta to attribute Meta ad performance. Meta sets the first-party cookies
_fbpand_fbcto associate visits with ad clicks - Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session recordings and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with the page (click positions, scroll depth, time on page). Clarity is configured to mask form input and obscure personally identifying content. Microsoft privacy statement
- Wistia video analytics: if you play the video on this site, Wistia records aggregate play, pause, and percent-watched data so we can understand which parts of the video resonate. Wistia does not associate this with personal identity beyond a visitor-level ID. wistia.com/privacy
From forms you fill out
- Name, email, and phone number when you complete the booking form on /vsl-b or directly on /book.html
- Partial form input: if you start typing into the form but leave before submitting, we save what you've typed so we can follow up. You can request we delete this — see Section 7.
From calendar bookings
- Your booking time, time zone, and any notes you provide when scheduling a call via Cal.com. Cal.com is a third-party processor — their own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy applies to the calendar widget itself.
3. How we use it
- To respond to you: confirm your booking, send you a reminder text and email before our call, share a relevant case study after the call
- To understand which ads work: aggregate which campaigns convert into calls so we can spend ad budget on the ones that produce results
- To recover abandoned signups: if you fill in your email but don't submit, we may follow up once via email
- For our own internal analytics: page views, conversion rate, time on page
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone. We run a single advertising pixel — Meta (Facebook) — when you arrive from a Meta ad, so that Meta's ad-delivery engine can attribute which ads produce booked calls. We do not run Google, TikTok, or any other ad pixels. The only third-party analytics tools we use are Microsoft Clarity (anonymous session recordings + heatmaps) and Wistia (video play/percent-watched data) — both privacy-respecting and configured to mask personally identifying content. We do not use Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
4. Who we share it with
The only third parties that receive any of your data are the platforms we use to actually deliver our service to you:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — when you arrive from one of our ads, the Meta Pixel sends page views and conversion events (Lead, Schedule, etc.) to Meta so they can attribute ad performance. facebook.com/about/privacy
- Cal.com — processes your booking. cal.com/privacy
- Google (Gmail + Sheets) — stores form submissions and routes our reply emails to you. policies.google.com/privacy
- Twilio — sends the SMS reminders before our call. twilio.com/legal/privacy
- Wistia — hosts and serves the video on this site, and records aggregate video-engagement analytics. wistia.com/privacy
- Microsoft Clarity — captures anonymous session recordings and heatmaps. privacy.microsoft.com
- ipapi.co — converts your IP address into approximate location. ipapi.co/privacy
- Railway and Hostinger — host the server-side code and static website respectively. They see request logs as standard infrastructure providers.
5. How long we keep it
- Page-visit data (IP, UTMs, session): retained in our Google Sheet indefinitely for ad-attribution analysis, unless you request deletion
- Form submissions (name, email, phone): retained for as long as we're actively engaged or until you request deletion
- Booking records: retained per Cal.com's own retention policy plus our own copy of the appointment in Google Sheets
- Browser local-storage cookies (`bvg_utms`, `bvg_session`, `bvg_visitor`): expire automatically after 30 days, or whenever you clear browser data
6. Cookies and similar tracking
We don't use traditional cookies. We use browser localStorage to remember three things across pages:
- bvg_session: a random session ID that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity
- bvg_visitor: a random first-touch ID that helps us know it's the same browser if you come back later
- bvg_utms: the marketing source you arrived from, kept for 30 days so we can credit the right ad campaign if you book later
- _fbp and _fbc: set by the Meta Pixel to attribute Meta ad clicks. Roughly 90-day TTL. Managed by Meta — you can opt out via your browser's third-party tracking settings or use a Meta-blocking extension.
You can wipe these any time by clearing your browser's site data for bloomviewgrowth.com, or using your browser's private/incognito mode (where storage is reset every session).
7. Your rights
You can email dylan@bloomviewgrowth.com to:
- Get a copy of the data we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data entirely
- Object to a specific use of your data
We'll act on those requests within 30 days.
8. California residents (CCPA)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of your personal information — though as stated above, we don't sell your data to anyone. Email us to exercise these rights.
9. EU/UK residents (GDPR)
Our service is targeted at U.S.-based home service operators and we don't run ads in the EU/UK. If you happen to visit anyway, you have the right under GDPR to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (forms you fill out) or our legitimate interest in attributing marketing performance (page-visit data, which contains only pseudonymous identifiers and approximate location).
10. Children
Our service is for businesses and operators. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For substantive changes affecting how we use your data, we'll also try to notify previous form-submitters by email.

13. Data deletion — explicit procedure
You have the right to request that Oliva LLC dba Bloomview Marketing permanently delete any personal data we hold about you. This section spells out the exact procedure (required by Meta Platforms for our Lead Ads integration, and available to all users regardless of how you submitted data to us).
How to request deletion
- Email dylan@bloomviewgrowth.com with the subject line: "DELETE MY DATA"
- In the email body, include the email address, phone number, or full name you used when you submitted information to us (whichever you have on file). Include as many identifiers as you can — this helps us locate all your records.
- Optionally specify which data you want deleted (e.g., "all data," "lead form submission only," "session/cookie data only"). Default is full deletion.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request via email within 5 business days.
- We delete all matching records across our systems within 30 days. This includes: lead form submissions stored in Google Sheets, server-side logs, Cal.com booking records (where we control them), and any Meta-Pixel-side data we can submit for removal via Meta's Data Deletion Request API.
- We send a final confirmation email when deletion is complete, including a list of the systems we removed your data from.
- Some data may persist briefly in backups (up to 90 days) before being naturally rotated out, in which case we'll note that in our confirmation.
What we cannot delete
A few categories of data are outside our direct control or required by law:
- Third-party platform data (Meta Platforms, Cal.com, Twilio, Google) — you must request deletion from each platform separately using their own data-deletion procedures (linked in our Privacy Policy Section 4).
- Financial / tax records if you became a paying client — IRS retention rules require us to keep transaction records for 7 years.
- Aggregated / anonymized analytics (e.g., "we received 500 leads from Campaign X") — once data is fully anonymized and contains no personal identifiers, it is no longer subject to deletion under most privacy laws.
Programmatic deletion (developers + Meta reviewers)
For Meta's App Review process: Oliva LLC dba Bloomview Marketing provides data deletion via the email-based instructions above. If Meta requires a programmatic callback endpoint, contact us at the email above and we will provision one within 7 business days.
