How to get a fake 1-star Google review removed
Don't reply to the review, because a reply treats the reviewer as a real customer. Report it from the three-dot menu, then send a fake review removal request through Google Business Profile support. In the video, removal takes one to two weeks.

- Don't reply to the review. Fake reviews often come from a competitor or someone you never served, and a reply treats them as a real customer.
- Click the three dots on the review, choose Report review and pick the reason it falls under.
- Search Google for review report escalation and open the first result.
- Scroll to the bottom, click Contact us and select your Google Business Profile.
- Type fake review removal, click Remove reviews and go through the steps.
- Wait one to two weeks for the review to come down.

Here's how to get a one-star review removed. Step 1 is do not reply to it. A lot of the time, it's a competitor or someone you've never even served.
And if you reply to the review, it treats it as a real customer, making it harder to get it taken down. Then hit the three dots in the corner and hit report a review. Then select the option the review fell under.
Then go to Google and type in review report in escalation. Then scroll down and click on this first option. You'll see this and scroll all the way down from here.
